Certifying Trainers
Licensed to give all or most International Society of Neuro-Semantics (ISNS) trainings and provide participants with ISNS Certificates. Certificates for particular trainings are needed for more advanced trainings.

Dr. Pascal GambardellaDr. Pascal Gambardella, Emerging Perspectives LLC, is a licensed Neuro-Semantic Trainer, and an Associate Certified Meta-Coach (ACMC). He is a master modeler, who has modeled physical phenomena, satellite motion, and the behavior of people, organizations, and corporations. He is an author of the book: “Systemic Coaching: Coaching the Whole Person with Meta-Coaching” (Hall, Gambardella, 2012), where he provided system thinking models for all of the coaching sessions.
He holds a PhD in Physics from SUNY at Stony Brook, and a more recent Master’s Degree in System Dynamics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). He lives in Silver Spring, Maryland USA (near Washington DC). He co-chairs the Psychology Special Interest Group (SIG) of the System Dynamics Society. Within the System Dynamics community he is actively involved in exploring ways of incorporating psychological and sociological variables in computer simulations, and applying System Dynamics to the humanities. He co-presented a workshop on the subject during the System Dynamics Society (SDS) Conference in July 2017. This work is available at the SDS website.
He writes a blog “A Modeler’s Life.” Its mission is passionately explore the unknown through modeling, to understand the modeler’s inner world and external behavior as he or she models, and to tell stories. Joe BrodnickiJoe Brodnicki has been helping leaders, teams, organizations, and individuals achieve identify and achieve their best for nearly 20 years. During his career with the US Department of Health and Human Services, Joe and his clients received numerous awards for Reinventing Government and quality management, especially in the areas of customer service, health care fraud and abuse, leadership development, and building partnerships in the public and private sectors.
Joe is currently president of Success Navigation Associates, providing a Neuro-Semantic and systems training, coaching and facilitation. Success Navigation is creating a world in which people want to belong; one where they can bring their best and be their best. He also works for the Tennessee Department of Correction and National Institute of Corrections, pioneering cutting edge advancements in leadership development, succession planning and management, implementing change, and process and training evaluation aimed at creating value, flexibility, and community in the workplace.

Joe lives in Hendersonville, TN with his wife and family. He is involved in his community, facilitating spiritual growth at his congregation and serving as a volunteer mediator and trainer for Sumner Mediation Services. Joe also performs stage hypnosis shows and plays Americana music with The Hazel Green Boys.

Francisco DallmeierDr. Francisco Dallmeier is an expert advisor on self-actualization and environmental leadership development and training, and is a certified Associated Meta-Coach and Practitioner, and Master Practitioner and Trainer in Neuro-Semantics and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He directs the Center for Conservation and Sustainability of the Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute. The Center’s mission is to apply the expertise of the Smithsonian to integrate conservation needs with sustainable development priorities. Dallmeier leads and manages international projects with offices in Washington, DC; Peru; and Gabon. He is a team-oriented leader with thirty years of experience on conservation and leadership development.
Dallmeier coaches senior leadership of corporations, governments, and NGOs and provides NLP and NS based training for decisión makers. Dallmeier’s partnerships and corporate engagements have included Royal Dutch Shell, Chevron Corporation, Hunt Oil Company, Apache Corporation, Repsol Energy Company, TOTAL S.A., Ecopetrol, GeoPark, Rio Tinto, and ITAIPU Binational; governments of Peru, Gabon, Ecuador, Panama, Brazil, and India; The World Bank Group; and The Inter-American Development Bank. He co-founded the Smithsonian-Mason School of Conservation, the Global Tiger Initiative, the National Ecological Observatory Mid-Atlantic Network (NEON), and the Energy and Biodiversity Initiative, and has been on the organizing committees of numerous professional meetings.
